To remedy this situation, I am posting a long, long article about the late Norman Mailer. Why post a five year old obituary of a wacko leftist for you to read? What, you have some better ideas? Jonny, maybe you can post some cat pictures and beauty tips here to lighten things up. Meanwhile, set aside a bit of time to read it and marvel at the asininity and brutishness of this guy. As one indication of how apparently bland and unobjectionable he was, he appeared as a guest star in an episode of Gilmore Girls. What a world.
